At ISE EDUCATION SDN BHD, we do not offer any Refund Policy for downloadable digital products at this moment.

However so, we do provide 1 month after sales support from the date of purchase on matters of downloading the digital products. We also provide refund for courses such as JPK Induction course & VTO that may be postponed due to insufficient participants or government restrictions such as BERSIH rally, MCO due to COVID etc.
